Constitution Week is celebrated for one week, September 17-23. Constitution displays are placed in the two Carroll County libraries – Eureka Springs Carnegie Library, and the Berryville Public Library. The current mayor of Eureka Springs signs two proclamations proclaiming the week to be Constitution Week. Local radio stations help with the celebration with announcements.
The September meeting of Abendschone Chapter NSDAR is devoted to honoring the Constitution, including guest speakers covering topics of their choice on the Constitution. Recent speakers have been local attorneys, a judge, and a mayor.
