The Abendschone Chapter, NSDAR in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, celebrated the U.S. Constitution at their September 13, 2018 meeting.

Eureka Springs Mayor Robert Berry read and signed a proclamation in recognition of Constitution Week, which is celebrated for one week, September 17-23.

Chapter member Donna Wenger presented a program portraying her patriot ancestor, William Blount of North Carolina. Mr. Blount was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention and was one of the signers.

Informational displays commemorating Constitution Week were on display at the Carnegie Library in Eureka Springs, and the Berryville Library.
